This is the place for women who want to start running, return to running or improve their running.
SheFitt is for any woman who has ever wondered if running is possible for her.
It’s also for women who have had time away from running and are uncertain about how to make a safe return.
And it’s for women looking for guidance on how to progress their training to be capable of running a little further or a little faster.
At SheFitt, we believe if you can walk, you can run.
And if you can run, then you’re a runner. No matter where you’ve come from in running, and no matter how far you want to go.
SheFitt offers women 3 different programs, from Just Getting Started through to Ready For More.
Each program provides 3 months of running training, laid out week-by-week in an easy-to-understand format to carefully guide you without you having to think about it.
After the first 3 months, SheFitt athletes can then return for a second 3 month training program.
All you need is a stop watch. No fancy gadgets, no intimidating technology. Just your SheFitt program, a pair of runners, a watch and the mindset that you too, can run.
